Joe Chepolis started in our tasting room about a decade ago. He enthusiastically made the move to the cellar a few years later, and then, with a lot of hustle, launched Sound and Vision wines with his wife Carmen, ultimately taking over the Simple Machine winery in Talent. Joe’s wines are innovative and daring. He’s pushing the envelope, working with lesser-known varieties, such as Nero d’Avola, and employing low impact, natural winemaking methods.
