Viognier, Ox-Block Mae's Vineyard
Made exclusively from the awkwardly steep “Ox-Block” at our very own “Mae’s Vineyard.” Peach pie, apricot, and citrus rind aromas lead you to a textured wine with medium body, a sense of minerality and a crisp finish.
Viognier Steelhead Run Vineyard
From a riverfront vineyard laden with coarse, rocky soils, this full bodied Viognier is wonderfully complex. This site is cooler than most of the Applegate with a consistent breeze that comes up early afternoon creating a fantastic Viognier that is more mineral driven, showing pear and stone fruit qualities.

The Steelhead Run and Ox-Block vineyards are harvested and handled separately in the winery. The wines are quite different, with the Ox- Block being richer, more tannic, with a distinct citrus skin note. The Steelhead is bright, fresh and racy. Every year we try blending between the lots, to make sure that we are making the best wine. However, most years the personalities of each are just too strong. For this year. , the wines fit together like lock and key, achieving wonderful balance. This is a warm vintage Viognier, hedonistic and rich, with juicy citrus and mango notes offset by citrus skin qualities.
This is our 7th vintage of “Pistoleta”; our signature Rhone White blend. The 2016 blend is approximately 42% Viognier; 27% Marsanne; 19% Roussanne; 12% Grenache Blanc. Stone fruit flavors, including apricot and nectarines predominate, with notes of honey and citrus. The wine runs the edge of crispness and unctuousness, with a lip smacking quality.

Grenache Blanc, Eevee's Vineyard
One of the Rhone’s most widely planted and versatile whites, our Grenache Blanc has notes of white peaches and “Gala” or “Pink Lady” apples on the nose. There is a light, refreshing quality to it. We love this wine with soft white cheeses, patés, mince paste, and smoked salmon.
