Winemaker Notes:
Aromas of honeydew and cantaloupe melons, papaya, honeysuckle. Flavors of melon and cream puff, nice weight and finish. As is typical with Viognier from Southern Oregon, weight and body is offset by adequate acidity to give nice balance. Extended lies contact gives the wine subtle yeast notes. The wine was aged four months in Stainless Steel and bottled in March 2007.
Aging:
Transferred to Stainless Steel following fermentation, aged on its yeast lies, frequent lies stirring.
