Winemaker Notes: In the spirit of endless experimentation and as a tribute to the great Viogniers from Condrieu, we aged this lot for one year in large French Oak sur lie.  With admirable patience, and a certain stubborn commitment, we gave the wine a further year of bottle aging before release.
